what do i do with offsets to change the gameplay???

dvar isnt a file and that looks like a offset

 

thanks for the fast reply, i know its a offset but what do i do with to try in game or how do i change the values
i have found 5877 offsets with names

EDIT i knew dvar wasnt a file just a little tired lol

 

i wouldn't know about that im sure there plenty of people that can tell you on here just wait for them to come on they will see this post
