Hey guys, finally got watch dogs and loving it. Only thing that blows is I dont have internet. Haven't transferred the game save to the computer yet but I was wondering if there is a way to unlock notoriety skills and online contracts achievments while playing the game offline? They're load & pop saves on this website that do unlock all online & offline achievements, but I wouldn't advise doing that unless you have internet and a gold membership on xbox live's gaming service. As for the online notoriety skills. Using saves will not build up your notoriety skills for online contacts. Not even connected online. Using saves however will unlock all achievements, offline skills (skill tree), outfits, weapons & much more.
