Uncharted 4 is getting another two week delay, pushing the game back to a May 10th release date. It's the third delay for the series after missing its Christmas 2015 date and slipping to 'Spring'. Following that a new March 2015 release was then pushed back to April. It's also worth noting that after the studio made a big deal of 'wrapping' Uncharted 4's mo-cap, the team snuck back in to the studio presumably to do some unspecified work. Here's the statement from Sony Computer Entertainment America boss Shawn Layden where he cites a wanting to satisfy "considerable worldwide demand" and a need for "extra manufacturing time": "As you know, Naughty Dog is wrapping up production on Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End with the game on track to go gold and into production later this month. In an effort to meet the considerable worldwide demand, and to ensure that all gamers worldwide have the opportunity to play the game on day one, we have chosen to postpone the launch of the game by two weeks to allow for extra manufacturing time.
