ok i have had experience being a mod but I have no idea what I should put for this question xD Do you have any prior experience moderating a community? Can someone help out on what I should put in here?
try to be yourself, and work as team, don't act before thinking(e.g Banning a member). Don't rank your self high than members. Do what you been told. Be active on website(e.g not active while able to). and help members as its part of active in website. Report the post that broken rules(E.g one curse another). :devil:
