Build the first human colonies on the Red Planet. Paradox Interactive and Tropico developer Haemimont Games have revealed Surviving Mars, their next city-building, and management simulation that will take the studio's talents from the tropics to the stars. Surviving Mars will task players with establishing the first human colony on Mars and will force them to balance their citizen's basic survival needs with sanity and quality of life, while simultaneously dealing with the planet's hostile environment. Here's the announcement trailer: Haemimont Games has changed publishers this time around, moving on from Kalypso Media and moving on up to Paradox Interactive. Paradox Interactive has experience in publishing some other successful simulation games, namely 2015's Cities: Skylines and the Europa Universalis series.
