Recently Treyarch has been experimenting with new changes to the sniper rifles in game such as faster scoping when Sleight of Hand Pro is used and improved accuracy. They have announced today that they have ended their testing and have come to the conclusion that it is unfair to the rest of the community. Heres a quote from JD_2020: "Since the beginning of the sniper rifle testing, I have been uneasy. I personally feel that players should not be able to run around killing players with SMG's at close range, but the community felt otherwise. The testing went smoothly and had lasted only a few weeks when I decided to blow the whistle on testing. Although there were some members that were overjoyed with the trial, many were displeased. In conclusion, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few and we at Treyarch have decided to pull the testing and not implement it in game permanently. There will be an Update on December 30th at 12:00 AM with the changes."
