The most common reason is that people are downloading the "Corrupted Download." I call it that because most people that ask me and I give them another XPG download link and then they respond and say it works. So this is the legit working link. I've been trying a number of diffrent things including downloading it tons of diffrent ways and trying to run it as admin and none of these are working and I've been working at this sense yesterday so some help would be greatly appreciated.
