Tekken 3D Prime Edition has been given a February 17, 2012 European release date. Nintendo said today that it'll be responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of the 3DS exclusive fighter in Europe and Australia, while Namco Bandai will remain the publisher. The game will feature a selection of over 40 characters doing battle in a mixture of new stages and older ones redesigned for 3DS. It promises to deliver "fast-paced dynamic battles with impressive graphics running at a high frame rate". Tekken 3D will come with a 3D version of Tekken Blood Vengeance, the CGI movie that bridges the gap between Tekken 5 and Tekken 6.
