With their hit Nickelodeon series returning for a second season this September and their cinematic reboot landing in theaters next summer, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have crawled out of their shells and into the spotlight all over again. Apparently unsatisfied with simply being television stars and sharing the big screen with Megan Fox, however, the heroes in a half-shell are also planning on conquering game consoles. Based on their animated return to TV, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is an action-amping, cooperative-focused four-player beat-’em-up that puts fans behind the Foot Clan-fighting abilities of Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo, and Raphael. Like their small-screen counterparts, the shell-raising reptiles sport playful personalities that are as unique as their character-specific combat skills. On top of dropping one-liners and bad guys in equal measure, players will encounter fan-favorite friends — like Master Splinter — and foes while cleaning the streets of NYC as the crime-fighting quartet. Before the T-rated brawler lands like a roundhouse kick to the ribs — on XBLA, PSN, and Windows PC — later this summer, spy this exclusive, Donatello-starring trailer. http://youtu.be/yU8tqOhfgQw
