Does hard work have anything to do with talent? In order for someone to be successful do they have to work hard? I think it's time to discuss how talent and hard work for success is kind of the same thing.

All gameplay was captured with the Elgato Game Capture HD.

It doesn't matter in my opinion what trade, what school, how hard you study. You are best off finding out what you are good and what you like to do and sticking with it. One thing in my book is, "No Kissing Ass" to achieve success. I hate ass kissers. I put myself in the situation where I try to do better than the best person around me and it has worked pretty good so far. I've been in the construction trade for 25 years now and love it to death. Love being outside, love working with that particular crowd of people. I make the best out of it for me and my coworkers and we have a hell of a good time doing our jobs without compromising our safety or production.

To sum it all up, find what you are passionate about and stick with it. Know your limitations.
