Sony plans to retuire its DualShock controller with PlayStation 4, according to a CVG source. The site spoke with a studio source working on a Sony title, which claimed various design ideas are being mulled around the company. Some are similar to the current controller while others contain an LCD touch screen and others are more avant-garde, such as one featuring biometrics. One only has to look at the Sony controller patents which have popped up over several months to get an idea of what its R&D department is concocting.
