Nemesis - Killed Maddox once and for all. Harvester of Sorrow - Complete the Game on Expert. My Rifle is My Best Friend - Complete the Game on Normal. Left No Man Behind - Complete the Game on Casual I Never Bleed - Complete the Campaign using max one medkit per mission. Just load the save up and kill Maddox with the first shot.
