Skyrim save with all dlc items?

    Ive seen alot of good saves, but none pf them have dlc items. and since i have dawngaurd and dragonborn i'd like them. could someone make a save with them, all normal items, lots of money, infinite stamina and magic? (not health) and a big carrying compacity?

    oh that starts before character creation and has all perks
