    So I have a level 72 Nord. I want to change him to level 78. I don't have a jtag or rgh.. So is this even possible to do on xbox 360 ?

    The only way to reach level 78 is utilizing the Oghma Infinium glitch. You just need to delete your updates/clear system cache and make a new game.
