Hello everybody! I have recently learnt how to mod gold in Skyrim and will now be offering a free-of-charge gold modding service for Skyrim, if you are interested in this service read the instructions and submit your save. First things first, I will not accept requests for the amount of gold you want, you will receive 16,777,215 gold. (This is an approximate number and may differ slightly in some cases) The save you submit will have to be facing a BARREL (Your HUD has to say 'Search Barrel') You can empty the barrel yourself, but please bare in mind that the barrel HAS TO BE OUTDOORS!!! You then have to place 1000 gold (NO MORE OR NO LESS - 1000 Gold Exactly) in the barrel and SAVE! - This is the save you will need to send to me! (If a wrong save is sent it WILL BE IGNORED!) It DOES NOT matter if you have gold left over in your inventory after placing 1000 gold in the barrel. THE BARREL CAN ONLY CONTAIN 1000 GOLD - NOTHING ELSE! Now the save instructions have been explained, I will explain how to submit a save. Please only add a single Mediafire link in your post for me to download and if a save contains a virus you will be ignored - COMPLETELY! I will check this thread whenever I am online and will do a maximum of 20 saves per day, the service works on a first come - first served basis. I will also test the save before I send it back, along with the original you sent me. PM's with Mediafire Links will be sent to you as soon as a save has been completed! Notes: If you are unsure of how to extract saves, please YouTube or Google it, do not ask me! XBOX 360 ONLY! Please Rep this post if you found it in anyway helpful or if you used my service!
You do know that you don't need to face a barrel to mod items in skyrim... (yes gold is an item and is in the inventory block in the save.) it is a pain to find but I have found it before while trying to find where the block was for researching it. But yeah having gold in a barrel and facing towards it is the most simple way to find gold and modify it. Anyway good luck on your services, probably would just be faster to have pc version and just use console commands.
No problem if you have a good enough pc you should download and install pc version of skyrim then you can make a modding service like all the others in the past did using console commands. I have a laptop capable of playing it without lag but I got bored of the game a long time ago and have no interest in it, oblivion is still better IMO. And not trying to criticize you at all, just giving you info that could possibly help you make your service a bit more user friendly as I am lazy as hell to go to barrels and put gold in it.. If barrels are static in saves or at the very least the ID for them are always there then you could always manually add items, gold, etc. in them.. not sure as I haven't bothered much with researching the game but I know from experience on oblivion it kept info on all items you dropped, found, etc. in the saves and that is what made the saves ridiculously huge.
^Wish I could get an XPG person to comment on my service... Let me know if you get a pc, you could team up with me so we could split up the work...
