Skyrim Bug (HELP!)

    okay so i've been playing skyrim for quite a while and decided to complete the misc quests... One of them is 'visit the collehge of winterhold', even though ive completed all the missions here and have visited it! :( when i click on it, the arrow points to an elvish woman who just says the same thing. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

    ps. Playing on Xbox 360
