There's a mod tool I used for Saint's Row 2 if that's all you're interested in doing. Here's the link, just threw it in my dropbox. Don't recall where I got it from but, the tool says it's by XB36Hazard. So all creds go to him. It comes with a "VisualBasicsPowerPack" that you have to install in order for the tool to work but the tool works, it just has a dependency. IIRC, you can mod Cash, Stash, Respect, Weapons, Ammo (with infinite option). Hope that helps.
