Levels 1-20 - Train at cows either in Lumbridge or Falador. Levels 20-40 dark wizards south of varrock right of varrock lodestone. levels 40-64 inferno mages slayer tower second floor. levels 64-99 water-fiends ancient cave, east of barbarian outpost will see a jetty with a whirlpool in front of it, need to do barbarian training to access, if have done just right click jump into whirlpool. Inferno mages slayer tower, when training on these monster be sure to go at the front and get a Slayer contract from Markus outside of the Slayer Tower, Gain 12k extra xp for any melee skill or level range. Water-fiends be sure your a high level because these are strong,take food and prayer pots, each kill on water-fiends is 1.2k, and are weak to crossbows. This way is a lot more cheaper then Chinchompa Method. after EoC this is the easiest way to 99 hope this helps.
