After "Rise of the Tomb Raider" launched in November 2015, its timed exclusive appearance on Xbox One and Xbox 360 has now ended, and, with that, comes its PC version said to launch on Jan. 28.

According to GameSpot, Crystal Dynamix and Square Enix both announced the arrival of the game's PC version with the additional information that it will now support a 4K resolution for a better gaming experience. In a statement given by Ron Rosenberg of Crystal Dynamics, he said, "PC players are passionate, devoted audience and we know they'll embrace the version created for their systems."

PC players can now enjoy the once Xbox One and Xbox 360 exclusive, but before that, it is also important to know the minimum specs needed for your computer. For the "Rise of the Tomb Raider" game to properly play on your PC, you must have a Windows 7 64bit operating system, NVIDIA GTX 650 2GB or AMD HD7770 2GB GPU, at least 6GB of RAM with a processor of Intel Core i3-2100 or AMD equivalent. Your computer must also have a free space of 25GB HD with a mouse and keyboard hardware input.

The PC version of the "Rise of the Tomb Raider" video game can be bought physically in retail stores as well as Steam and Square Enix's own stores. If you happen to find Windows Store an easier place of purchase, a copy of the game is also available there. Expect to shed at least $60 for the Standard Edition of the game and around $90 for the Digital Deluxe Edition. The Deluxe Edition will also include the DLC pass of the video game.

For hardcore gamers who also happen to collect "Rise of the Tomb Raider" merchandises, the Special Collector's Edition will be accompanied by the Digital Deluxe Edition as well as Lara Croft's 12-inch statue. For the price of $150, you can also get a replica of Lara Croft's journal and jade necklace with a steel case.

"Rise of the Tomb Raider" is one of the most anticipated games of 2015. However, with its timed exclusive on Microsft's Xbox series, not all players were able to enjoy the game until now. Polygon rated the game as 8.5 after they reviewed it, saying that it was bigger and denser than its previous version. Its previous design was also well maintained with the developer not yielding too far from the game's concept.
