Hello, I recently encountered a problem with my copy of Far Cry 3, which prevents me from continuing the story. My game freezes during loading the boat interior during the Piece of the Past mission. I attached my save file in an archive to this post, and I'd greatly appreciate it if somebody could do this part for me and give me the autosave at the next checkpoint outside the boat. If I have to upload my profile, I will do so on a filehosting service. Thank you in advance.

Your most welcome :don-t_mention: I got you to the very next checkpoint then quit to the menu and hit continue to make sure it started at next checkpoint. If you need me to take it further I can. Thank you, I guess, for trying, but there are a number of problems with the save: 1)I'm at the exact same spot, I asked if someone could perhaps do the boat section for me, since my game freezes during loading while entering the boat through the door on the radar 2)I have unlimited ammo, armour it seems and way more health stocks, and while I appreciate you trying to make the game easier for me, I really really do not want a modded gamesave. Please let me know if you can fix it
I tried to catch you with a PM before you downloaded the link. I put the wrong link. I posted here in the forum that I changed it above. This one is after the boat. I didn't mod the armor or health :| I can change the ammo back, no worries The first link was your file in both. I realized it too late, I thought I got it deleted before you downloaded it. :LOL:

Yep, the game loads all well now! I'm now waiting your limited ammo version of the save Thanks again! Did anything interesting happen in the boat by the way?

Sadly, yes, I need help again. I have come to a point where coming closer to an outpost or radio tower in a specific part of the map freezes my game :dash2:. I'm in that region now and managed to take only one outpost. I'm sorry to be a hassle but if you could remove the scrambler from the tower, take that outpost, do any missions that are near them and collect relics/letters that are around them, that would make my day! It's okay if you can't though, but I think you'd have fun doing those things. Savefile is attached.
Sure I will do what I can. I noticed you're playing this offline due to your save game date being 11/22/05 when I fixed your chapter 6 issue above. Try updating the game with title updates, although I didn't have any freezing issues when I played this on release :| Doing this may fix your freezing problem hh: If the update does not fix your issue, then post a picture of the map and Photoshop the area so I know what you need
Sadly though, I can't boot up the Xbox right now, I did try an update though and it did not work. I attached a picture. I should be in one of those 2 regions (most probably region 2). I'd like the relics, letters, quests and the tower and outpost that's in the red circle that I am near, to be completed. Hopefully after that I won't have any more problems with the game.
