    i have a problem when i try to get my free 1 month access into xbox live gold it doesn`t work and this massage appear
    >Can`t retrieve information from Xbox LIVE please try again later<

    and i have been trying for a week.

    please Guys help me

    I live in KSA and xbox doesnt support our credit cards
    and the internet connection is about 20MBb

    I used to have this problem buying Microsoft points, I called up support from them and it seemed that my account had been locked from fraudulent behavior (took my account to a friends house). Maybe it's the same problem, but do to with your console.?
