Painkiller: Hell & Damnation’s launch trailer and introductory cinematic is set to one of those cheerful little tunes you can’t get out of your head. This is the Exact opposite of marketing affairs so far. The track in question is called Painkiller, of course, and is by one Siri Svegler Painkiller: Hell & Damnation is out now on PC, and is headed to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in January.
