New Destiny Update Will Make Bosses Easier

The last Destiny update 1.0.2 addressed issues with the loot system making rewards less random which was a major gripe of both Xbox and Playstation fans, however there are still many issues that Bungie plan to address in a future update.

If you have leveled up past level 20, chances are by now you will be tired of grinding the same levels and bosses repeatedly, especially when some of the bosses take so long to kill? That is one of the issues on Bungies 'To do' list along with weapon balancing and voice communication.

Bungie have noted that there is an issue which has made Strikes more challenging than originally designed by both increasing damage taken by players and decreasing the damage inflicted by players on the boss. "Expect to see this addressed soon, and for Strikes to become a little less grindy as a result."

Expect the Auto rifle to get nerfed in the next update, Bungie is well aware that the weapon is over powered: "Today the Auto Rifle is too effective at long range, even beating Scout and Pulse Rifles in some circumstances. Expect stability and/or damage adjustments to the Auto Rifle to address this in the weeks ahead." Scout rifles on the other hand will receive a power boost along with some of the weak sauce Exotics such as the Thorn and Bad Juju.

Bungie have hinted that these fixes will be coming in a future update on the official Destiny Dev notes. Perhaps one of the current most annoying issues would be the Raid matchmaking or maybe I should say the lack of it! Fear not though because Bungie have also stated on a recent blog post that we could soon see Matchmaking for Raids.

All of these updates sound great, but what we really need is more content Bungie!!! What do you think of these changes, are they enough? What would you like to see changed in the game? Let us know what you think in the comments below.

I'm looking forward to the boss tweaks. The weekly heroic and nightfall missions are ridiculous. We spent almost an hour the other night trying to do the heroic and just couldn't complete it before we got tired of it. The nightfall is even worse. It's bad enough that this week they're both the SAME mission, but the nightfall one makes you go back to orbit if your whole team dies, making you start completely over if you're all the way to the last boss. A fireteam of 3 is very bad too. I have about 8 friends that all play Destiny, and we can't do strike missions together. We can't even get the whole team together to do the Raid.

There's much to be done, but I'm also looking for more content.

maybe a small area in the tower were you can hear player of the raid talking to each other. were other player can stand and just hear the frustration of the player trying to survive.
