Need Help With Xbox Live Problem Anyone No Why This Is Happening

    ok as title says im getting this problem i recover accounts no problem what so ever then just the odd 1 says what i get in the picture do you think its because they mybe have there kiddy settings enabled and has something to do with something thats enabled in privacy settings its annoying as hell had this once yesterday and once today and i tried both the accounts on 3 diffrent xboxs and all the same anyone else had this and have any idea how its sorted ive also recoverd diffrent accounts after ive had this message and the next accounts recoverd fine

    XBL have been having problems synching to hotmail hence why you are getting that erro Pete ;)

    Yeah i just looked it up, and apparently its some sort of technical difficulties with xbox live, they seem to be having issues syncing the hotmail servers with xbox live, give it a while and it should be back to normal, if not call customer support, they should be able to fix it for you.

    Yeah hotmail and XBL have been having problems synching with each other hence this error ;)

    It is because of the players account settings he should recover his account and change his setting to adult setting and make sure his age is over 17 years old. Btw Pete could u do my account plz I've sent you Pms but u didn't have time to respond

    It's probably hotmail changing ur password because of inactivity, just look in ur mail and there should be a msg containing **** about ur password, then just reset it and it should work again ;) (I had this too when i tried to recover my account to a friends xbox)
