Need Help! Crackdown 1 Mod Tool!

    I've Looked Around For A Crackdown 1 Mod Tool But Haven't Found A Working One Yet.. I Used Horizon To Add All 500 Agility And All 300 Hidden Orbs But My Guy Didn't Jump And Higher.. It Just Gave Me The Achievement.. Can Someone Help please?

    if you want to use a tool i would recommend the one in xb36hazards anarchy aio wich will allow you to edit the orbs collected and put all your skills to a 4 star rating.


    if you want to actually max the skills though you will have to hex edit them because even his tool doesnt actually max out the final bar. also hex editing will allow you to unlock all weapons, impounded cars and unlock all supply points. the data to unlock all boss locations is able to be edited aswell.

    anybody knows how to hex edit the save to max the skills?

    and btw. hazard's anarchy editor doesn't work well, if I set all my skills to 4 stars, this mess up and reset my skills to zero
