hi all i thought id just make a quick post to show some users who are messaging me for what settings i use for my writes . i use burnermax payload tool with an ihas 524/D. i now only use verbatim disc id MKM 003 00 for all the newer games ie battlefield 4 gta v etc etc . other types of media ie AONES are great for the older xgd2 games but you really are gonna waste youre money buying and using these for most of the new releases . verbatims will fully install to your HDD aones will not . i can only burn at 4X when using my ihas burner some people are lucky enough to have burners that will write at 1x 2x 2.4 x the slower you burn your backups the better . here are a couple of screenshots of my imgburn settings . these settings work flawlessley for me and what i always do is not use the desktop for anything whislt writing a disc so no surfing the web at all unless you want a coaster . i always reset my desktop after 5 burns . hope this helps for those of you bangin out coasters .

Nice TUT! I haven't got any bad burns yet, But I'll definitely try that out as a pre-cautionary measure. If I do have a bad one, I can always use my coasters as projectile weapons like Gambit.
I been using these setting for year or so, but now I be getting DISC IS UNREADABLE. Disc are not scratch. It getting my very upset lol
Your problem may be to do with xbox dvd drive laser. Try original game and see if still having problems with reading. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
here these are my settings but as youre using the pioneer model which you have stated which im sure is an internal laptop drive you should be able to write at 2.4 X speed .
