I beat the game on Hard to get the achievements for easy, normal and hard on one playthrough(like most people) and I beat it and unlocked Tin Soldier, Saw the Elephant, Stone Cold Pinkerton, and Should Auld Acquaintance. I missed some of the collectables so I started a new game on easy to get them for more achievements and after getting the first achievement I was going for I noticed that the achievements I listed above were locked again. Are the achievements suppose to reset when you start a new game or something? Don't reply with "mod them". I need some actually help here... I have tried signing out and back in, restarting my Xbox and recovering my profile. It even says they are locked on Xbox.com
Nope. The achievements I listed were the only ones affected. It wasn't like that until I started a new save. It's like deleting my save that was beat on hard relocked the achievements I got for that save. I did contact Irrational Games about it though. I just figured I see if anybody here had the same problem. If they can't help me I will just mod them back.
I know BO2 DLC had problems where by you unlocked the cheevos but they didn't count on xbox.com. But from Bioshock, I'm stumped as to why they would be re-locked
