Microsoft Ban For Saying ****

    If you are using the Skype App or the Upload studio, don't say "****".
    Apparently a reddit user MakVolci received a ban after saying the word ****. MakVolci states that he was banned for past behaviour according to a message he received when he tried to use the Skype app.

    Here is what MakVolci had to say:

    So just be warned guys, big brother is watching and suspending!

    woo if its on skype there no reason to ban him its for him and the others that are on there at the time m$ shouldn't be watching the convo unless the people are asking them to or has a reason to
    even then to ban someone from app because he/she said the word "****" (man that's like a 2 year old saying ooh you said a bad word "BAN")i think M$ is in the wrong here and should stay out of chat btw people on skype unless there is a bigger issue

    I say once I get the XBone, all the Scottish on this site including myself should form a Skype call and see how long it takes us to get banned since we very rarely talk without a swear word..

    This actually happened with my account on launch day
    I uploaded a video on Upload Studio and said Fagg0t.
    Then I would get a message saying
    <strong>Do to past behavior you are unable to record</strong>...I then took it to the enforcement team and the suspension got lifted. I think there is a time out feature if you're saying things that go against code of conduct, (even if your account privacy settings are placed to mature content allowed)

    What are we babies now? Need our parents to regulate language, for Pete's sake were allowed to say things along those lines its our constitutional right (US). They can not honestly hope to ban every person that says something profound because 1. There'd be no more funny little 8 year olds yelling about someones mom and 2. They 'd be majorly hypocritical.

    I think it's over the top in general. They're basically compressed against you, just waiting to ban anyone. Everyone likes a little trash talking, so I have no idea what they're trying to do. Well, I'll go with PS4 this Christmas.
