Believe it or not, Master Chief could have made his way into Gears of War 3 if Cliff Bleszinski had his way. Being a well known character from the Halo series, Master Chief would have been a perfect fit for the Gears of War 3 considering the exclusive nature of both. In a recent interview, Bleszinski was asked if there was a chance of Master Chief or Commander Shepard as playable characters in Gears of War 3 and he replied by letting us in on a little secret. Eventhough we won’t be seeing a cameo from everyone’s other favorite hero on the Xbox 360, aside from Marcus Fenix of course, the developer noted that there will be plenty of Easter eggs to keep you busy when Gears of War 3 launches this fall.
