Hacking group know as the Lizardsquad are claiming responsibility for taking down the online gaming services of both Sony and Microsoft on Christmas day using DDOS attacks to make the services unreachable. The founder of Mega, Kim Dotcom stopped the attacks on XBL and PSN by striking a deal with the cyber grinches over Twitter. Kim tweeted the Lizard Squad asking them to stop the attacks in exchange for 3000 Mega lifetime premium vouchers.
