Just got a new headset

    I can only hear volume in my headset if my tv volume is up I don't understand it

    his is need so XPG can be in yr shoe and see what we can do to help.

    got a link to a pic for them? im pretty sure cod doesnt make headsets

    also i could be wrong but make sure you have the red and white cables from the xbox going into the tv as well as your headset should look like a y cable with a red and white end on it, you might be putting the headphone jack into your tv instead of the y cord

    u should have an Quick Start Guide along with it make sure u have everthing in the right place.
