Mod it yourself with any text editor like Notepad/Notepad++. I recommend Notepad++. Hit Ctrl+F and search for the amount of coins you have. Change it to what you want but don't add anymore digits than you already have.

    Example:

You have 2353 coins. Max you can change it to is 9999. Earn a couple coins to bump it to 5 digits then repeat the process and change it to 99999 etc.

Also, the save should have how many coins you have in two locations. If it doesn't, it won't load when you mod it, at least that's how it was in my experience. Yours has it in one location. Go back into the game and earn a couple coins and save again. Try to mod it then. If you can't get it to show in two locations, you can still try to mod it anyway.
