You are going to need the .iso file for the second disk and open it in an xbox 360 image viewer and then find the common.rpf file and replace it with the modded one and burn the disk again.
You're going to need a flashed console, not a retail one.

Not sure if you can replace the common.rpf file if it's installed on the hard drive but I doubt you can.

No you can not install files on a retail xbox if it's already on your drive.

But HellRazor is correct, you either need a flashed Xbox 360 or a console with an xK3y. The xK3y is a little more pricey, but definitely worth it, when I bought mine I paid $115 and I've saved over $300 in games. Not sure where OP is from, but I'm sure that's still a good amount of money.

Another way is having a JTAG or a RGH console, but to play online with such consoles involves paying $20 a day (as of 10/23/13).

    hi
    I've found a new way .... eventually

the iso (hack) to convert with ISO2GOD
(yes I know is really only for jtag / rgh) :p

and save with Horizon on HDD >.<

HDD in the xbox menu all ok,
but unfortunately I could not test because my laser is damage

    I've now ordered a xk3y ;)
