How to change savegames icons?

    Hi folks,

    Anyone here know how to change the savegame icon/picture???

    I'm kinda freak to keep everything as the retail files are....

    Here are the examples:

    1) for the savegame file I was able to change the first picture (the left one), but the second was not possible to change

    2) for the DLC file, I could not change none.......
