How do People Mod in Resident Evil 6?

    So this is my question "How do people Mod in Resident Evil 6?" I am a little bit curious because I cannot find any tutorial about that, if you are a resident evil 6 player and you're savedata is modded please share some of your ideas. I've been finding some training skill in survivors mode but its so hard and actually I cannot find. Help please?

    I know Horizon has a Resident Evil 6 Tool in it but you have to be a diamond member in order to access it.
