hey guys i need help finish my gamesave editor im still new to this so my question i im trying to get the length of the save's then convert the length this is what i got so far i had help with this i did the line but i can't find out how to get the length and convert it to hex if anyone can help me that would be nice script was deleted
Hmm I used to do Hex edits before. Sadly I dont remember much about it. Are you trying to make the tool read large saves?
no its a mid size 5020 line and the main code im editing is about 100-300 lines im trying to take this code 00 02 00 00 00 02 is the lv and the others are where they can be on other saves script was deleted is the line im trying to find the length to put at the end like in this part 79 is the length script was deleted
Called download Hex workshop or learn HEX values. and your doing it wrong I told you + 4 each time. &H4 &H8 &HC &H10 &H14 &H18 &H1C &H20 &H24 &28 &H2C Kind of get the pattern and to find it for next character just highlight their name and go to the first offset and then just use the code for the first character and repeat for the next. kind of thought it was obvious. >.> I told you everything you needed to know.
