    This may be the most dumb found request but I cannot get this cheevo for the life of me.

    I'm looking for the "All's fare in love and war" I have done a private fare as Franklin and didn't pop the cheevo cherry.

    Also collected all spaceship parts and letter scraps without any calls

    Sorry, I couldn't find a gamesave for that individual achievement, but I did find a gamesave that I'm pretty sure will unlock all of the achievements for you and I uploaded it, I hope you are okay with that :) Tell me if it doesn't unlock all the achievements for you though, and I will personally make you one for that achievement.
