Its almost upon us guys, the moment we have all been waiting for..... of course im talking about Grand Theft Auto V online , so here’s some information to get you ready for your online experience. GTA Online Access As we all know in most parts GTA V online will be accessible from the 1st of October ( today woop) of course before you get online there will be a Title Update released on both PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE. Rockstar say the title update is small so dont worry it wont take long before you can begin playing GTA Online. Once you downloaded the TU (title update ) you will be a 4th (bottom) slot in your GTA V character wheel. The Title Update is expected to become available on PSN and Xbox LIVE from around 7AM ET tomorrow morning. No exact timescale has been released at the time of writing this article. About GTA V Online So theres been a lot of speculation about GTA V olnine and what will be available so we have decided to fill you in on what you can expect. Grand Theft Auto Online is set a few months prior to the events of Grand Theft Auto V’s single player story. GTA V Money and Rank online: GTA V online has been designed in such a way that the option of purchasable GTA$ will not disrupt the playing field thanks to the game mechanics, so don't worry if you don't have bank! Reputation points also play a big part in what you can and cant buy online, so nobody will be able to jump right into the game a buy all the good shizzle. You need to build up your Reputation points to spend your $$$$$$$. There's also measures in place that prevent you stealing cars and other goodies from friends houses or garages thanks to house party invitations: The Character Creation System The hereditary-based character creation system of Grand Theft Auto Online allows for a multitude of options to create your avatar that will then inhabit the online world of Los Santos & Blaine County. Choose your gender then decide on your mother and father. From there, you can choose to give one parent genetic dominance or leave them more evenly matched. The choice is yours. Next, you adjust a set of lifestyle variables which help determine your character’s appearance and starting stats. Decide how much sleep he/she gets, how much partying they indulge in, how much honest work versus illegal activity, and more. Essentially, you can adjust the genetics to wind up with a fresh faced lad or lass or a grizzled, haggard degenerate or anywhere in between! You’ll also be able to preview your end result in real time all throughout to ensure you’re satisfied before putting your character on a direct flight to LS. Of course, once you’re out and about in the open world, you can further customize your character with haircuts, clothing and accessories to suit your tastes. Online Game Features: GTA V online is said to have 15 game modes which are divided into three main categories : Player Match Player Match is a fun mode that lets you go up against other GTA gamers in every possible multiplayer scenario ( see below ). Points mean nothing here, this is just a way to kick back and relax its also a good way to get a feel for the different modes before jumping into Ranked matches. Ranked Ranked match as you would expect pits you against opponents who are playing for a place on the leaderboards and this shiz is serious. Playing in Ranked matches and earning more money, will increase your rank. The maximum ranked level is 10, when you reach rank 10 you will unlock additional goodies for your multiplayer character such as clothes etc. Party Mode Party Mode throws everyone on the same team and sets everyone to respawn in the exact same location complete with every single weapon imaginable, as well as vehicles, First Aid kits and body armor). There are also no police in Party Mode. As the name would suggest, Party Mode is great for running around in Liberty City and causing all hell to break loose. Part mode is an invite-only version of Free Mode.
