GTA 5 100 % Complete EVERYTHING

    I have downloaded & tried a few saves for GTA 5 from here. All work good & are great. But I noticed that Miscallenious & or Random missions are not completely finished. So is there a save with absolutely everything done & the UFO ship parts etc ?
