few title updates requests and a big doubt

    my title updates requests are:
    fifa 13
    kingdoms of amalur: reckoning
    resident evil 6
    halo reach (portuguese version)

    and i see in some topics here that they request a TU and give a "serial", what is that? and where do i see that on my 360?
