    can anyone help me to get rid of at least 1 stat point so that i can get past the end of the divide. im using tootoobangs mod save and because all stats are 10 i cant get past the point. ive tried using an editor to put em all at 1 but everytime i load they are still all at 10. Can anyone help?

    I'm pretty sure you're going to be stuck unless you get someone to help you by modding it via console commands on PC. The save editor won't edit the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats after a certain point of time in New Vegas.
