I think if you enabled Facebook, And social media sites on here it would gain alot of traffic. When i had my IPBoard i had a facebook integrated mod that when a user made a post on the forum it would post it on facebook, so other users would access the site. i see you are using a SEO mod which would also really benefit from Social engines, such as twitter etc. You should make it so you can post any post on the forum to facebook etc. if you need any help with modifications etc i can help, free of course. If you want to know who i am, just google my name it should bring up alot , i used to run warez sites for 10+ years, i know the ins and outs of getting members etc.
We have an SEO setup, and RSS feed some posts to facebook and twitter. I would be interested in any ideas you have though.
well im thinking of something more like when a user posts, it will post it to there facebook saying i made a post in this topic etc. im not sure what IPB mods there are anymore as ive been out of the loop for prob 2 years .. also where are teh social icons that allow you to share posts along social media sites? i think ipb has them install with the board itself no mod needed, i may be thinking of VBulletin tho.
Also i was looking at the Xbox info on the left of the userbar in posts, maybe make them click able and link it to their xbox profile so you can add them as a friend look at achievements etc. also id make it open in a new window on top of others http://www.xboxlc.co...s/s2white/Rav3n Faust.jpg" onclick would go to http://live.xbox.com...erTag=*gamertag here* (you would put the username there it could be done automatically, i forget the code tho. or even better add XBL i think it was called, or Xbox Profiles it can do all this for you, it will open a litlte window when the user clicks showing more info of the xbox user. .etc
