If you are having this problem right now its is due to limited service for some Xbox One users causing sign in problems. gee I can answer this to fix this, *clears throat* please wait while the server is under mainatence, in the mean time this doesn't stop you from killing zombie's, racing you're fave car around tracks and other things for game play (it will stop from you playing CoD online multiplayer and you can thank those hackers for screwing up CoD with spawn kills right of the bat)
