Electronic Arts has confirmed the release of Dragon Ball Inquisition: Jaws of Hakkon single player DLC on PS4 console, PS3, Xbox 360 by May 2015 which has a timed exclusivity agreement with Xbox One.
Dragon Age: Inquisition came out November 2014, with its first DLC in the Jaws of Hakkon coming out on 24 March for Xbox One and PC. The new DLC, which is a US$15 1.5GB download, was first hinted at on the official Dragon Age Twitter account some time prior to the release.
Once the download is completed, players just need to make sure to check their journal for the Jaws of Hakkon on the Frostback Basin area. Just go to the mission marker and be ready to spend eight power to begin the quest. The upcoming DLCs speculated for the game is one that is story-based to follow the same timed excusivity agreement, which translates to roughly 30-40 days. A game sequel is previously teased by game developer as well. The same Twitter account posted that fans will experience and get this expansion in May on PS3, PS4, and Xbox 360.
As for the content, this DLC adds a new area called Frostback Basin, which has features similar to the Hinterlands, and tells of the last Inquisitor's (Ameridan) fate, as well as that of the dragon he hunted 800 years prior to the storyline. Ameridan turns out to be the leader of the last Inquisition before the formation of the Templars and the Chanrtry.
Of course, new armor, weapons, side quests (lots of them) and enemies are abound. The Frostback Basin appears to be aimed at high level players, since the minimum recommended is 20.
For now, reaction to the Jaws of Hakkon is mixed, and it may take time before it sinks in. One review comes with a balanced view of pros and cons, noting that the new content is nice but also seems familiar to him. Game developer Bioware might want to see reactions so the more there is, the better the next content will be. Dragon Age Inquisition single player DLC, Jaws of Hakkon, is officially confirmed for release this May on PS4, PS3, and Xbox 360 platforms.
