Hey guys was wondering im lifting 8lbs dumbell for now and im 13 does it can stunt grow or i can't get taller? Thats my question And btw how to get taller What the workouts :lol:
It's not advisable to do too much before 10 years old because of your spine still forming and like the others sait is can slow your growth but if you do a few light ones to form your arms then that shouldn't be too much problem.
They could, but if you eat protein foods like, meat, chicken, etc, you should have a easy time growing, also you might be as tall as you get, some people reach a certain height and stay at that height, I've been lifting since I was 12 I stopped for awhile, and then started again when I was 14, I was 5'8" now I'm 6'1", so obviously I still grew.
You'll grow when you get your growth spurt. Push ups and sit ups, you can't go wrong (as long as you're doing them right.)
mate they saying smoking stunts your height..... im 6.4 foot , but i wouldn't be doing much, but then again in the old days kids worked.... they seem just fine lol
