Finally got my save done with what I wanted. Level 1 modded gear for soft core is on the barbarian. Level 1 modded gear for hardcore is in the stash. There are recipes floating around in the stashes, but most are learned. Various other goodies laying around as well. Credit for modded gear: Immakillaghost, got some of my stuff from his saves. Big shout out to I D L E for the azurewrath and other items that helped me bring my creations to life. Link: d3save Let me know what you guys think. **There is a bug causing the game to freeze after adding items to the stash. To fix the issue remove the modded stacks of gems, crafting mats,machines, keys, and hellfire rings mats and only place them in on a per need basis. This fix works on both Hardcore and Softcore.**
Forgot to mention the Hardcore Demon Hunter has modded stats. I hadn't deleted it before I uploaded the save.
The new selection of modded armor, rings and weapons was an outstanding contribution, loved the hardcore addition. I used the hardcore monk in my mega save thank you again for the hard work~ and sharing with everyone!
No problem, I'm still figuring out some of the hex editing, wish I was a pro modder but alas I'm just now learning how to do it lol
I have 6 characters loaded with items from a 220 maxed out chest, lots of modded stuff, plans etc. Can you inject my characters in to a hardcore save? Everytime I try it turns the hardcore save back in to a normal one. I can do the work, just need a little help figuring out how to get items in to a hardcore save. Thanks Chris monkey
No, I was using Horizon - I've been studying idlehand's hex guides but haven't found out how to change a normal save to a hardcore one. I know how to implant individual items or modify them with a hex editor to a point - still learning all the stats
Change the 9th integer after your name. I.E. if character is softcore go up 1, so change 80 to 81, makes it hardcore, to go back just change 81 to 80. (It will more than likely be 8(something) mine have been 80 and 82) Just make sure you have at least 1 level 10 softcore character otherwise the save will corrupt.
That doesn't make the save crap. Working on fixing the issue, it has to do with the stash. Too many modded items in it is my guess.
possibly even when i put the stuff on a different svae it still freezes up it may be an issue with the items themselves?
Cause: Too many modded item stacks in the stash Fix: Remove modded stacks onto a "Mule" character and out of the stash.
Above fix works with both as they both have modded stacks of gems ect in the stash, remove the over abundance and it fixes.
If I was freezing up all the time, or the people that tested them where I would say yes and take the save down. However it just happens when using the stash.
