    Been looking everywhere for a modded hardcore starter save. Cant seem to find one. Dont have the time to mess with the editor. So was reaching out to the community. Thanks in advance.

    Also could be lvl 69 with some modded gear too. Thanks again

    Thanks I looked everywhere for hardcore mod but no one seems to have it. Tried the editor wouldnt save right.
