Bungie released the Xbox One Destiny beta early for Xbox fans, but this decision has reportedly come back to bite them in the behind as many people are reporting that the Destiny Beta install is showing as corrupt.

Destiny Xbox One problems were being reported soon after the announced release of the game beta trial which was later confirmed by Bungie on Twitter.

The most common issue that we have seen reported so far involves a Destiny beta error message on Xbox One which states that the Destiny beta install is corrupt although Bungie state that is more to do with stabilization issues.

Bungie have Tweeted telling gamers to try turning off your console, fully unplugging, then plugging in and trying again if you are encountering any issues with the Destiny Beta.

Stabilization issues aside it was real good of Bungie to open the Beta early for Xbox gamers, the studio went above and beyond to make it happen, so we should be grateful to them for that.

"We know you've been waiting, so we busted our asses to finish our chores up early," the studio said. "Get in there. Break it. Tell us what you think. Share your experiences online."
Not only do Xbox fans get to play the game early which was a surpise, but Bungie has also teased a special "surprise" in store for beta players this Saturday.
"If you've already played, you haven't seen everything yet," the studio teased. "We've got some surprises in store, and if you play on Saturday, July 26th beginning at 2pm PDT, we've got a permanent reward on reserve that will commemorate the experience."

Have you downloaded the beta yet, and have you had any issues so far or has it been plain sailing? Let us know in the comments below.
