    OK i am sharing another videos i found on youtube about Defiance weapon Skill leveling.
    Like most people i didn't pay attention to weapon skills explanation in game and i also use the same awesome ass modded weapon I built over and over again and noticed my weapon XP maxed out an i got a nice bonus for it but my Overall Weapons Skills was not increasing. :|

    So after doing some searching.... Gotta Love Google.. I came across this youtube that explains why
