DEAD ISLAND RIPTIDE DEVELOPER MENU

Here is the error which may be normal due to the 2 files changed. but wanted to make sure first

 

Every modded game will show this error, you want to run a clean iso though abgx first then mod it and burn to a disc.

If at first you do not succeed thou shalt try again and not give up hope.. it is my dream to get back into this hobby and all these original xpg goals when i joined like porting a old dos game etc.. i will get this!

 

what happened does it not install ? What i do is redownload the iso or if its a BAN-ME-PLEASE recheck it and fix it. I can reup the data files as mine work fine but liked the first one.

 

I get a black screen at the main page on xbox..

 

Think it's something with how once abgx the Iso all tests passed.. Then replaced the 2 files w backup manager then abgx and Img burn..

Yeah i only run clean iso through abgx then change files with xbox backup creator and burn it to disc with img burn , also if you have used any other mod/changing files before adding this one your best redownloading the iso again. Sum it up you need a clean unmodded iso that passes abgx then replace the files with the right ones.

 

STRANGE NEW THING WITH UPDATE. Has anyone seen a level select same as dead island before you even get in the game. Iv never seen it on this game, today it is there and i bet if i removed all the menu changes the dev menu will work like the first game , maybe they have patched it to make dev menu work now ? Also the command to skip cutscene is working now as well.......All im saying is stuff added to debugconfig is working now / did not before but i left it in the game and tryed it today after god knows how long.

 

Read edit on first page cracked it , its now running like any chrome engine game with developer menu. I do not know what i did but tryed a disc back from my last one and its turned off .

 

See if you can give the menu to another player like you can on COD Games

 

I did see a deicated sever command but if you put it on you can not go online, can not remember what happens but tryed it a few years ago on call of jaurez games and nail'd. My new full developer menu is all ready ,just need a blank disc now. Can not wait to try it as i know it will work. . .

Got it all done know ill upload a video tonight or tomorrow. So much better having the developer menu like it should have been in all the other chrome engine games. :to_pick_ones_nose3: :sarcastic_hand:

I had to get shot of deadlycorbaxx menu idea as if you watch the video above the dev menu there is lots of text that used to cover his menu up ,god knows were it came from but it was anoying.

 

I have the problem of the black screen loading :/, but I'm replacing both file

 

Sign out and back in will get you past it...... I have this problem as well with a profile that does not have a save before using my menu its because i put collectable cheats in the gamma file and it wants you to adjust the brightness but you can not .The new menu will be added soon witch works perfect just like the other dead island 1.
